Criteria for Submission of Application Form

The duly completed application form must be submitted to the School Office on or before the stipulated date. The following documents should accompany the form

Certified copy of the School Report of the previous academic year (if applicable)

Six passport-size photographs and two stamp-size photographs of the student, along with one photograph of each parent.

One certified copy of Child’s Birth Certificate.

One certified copy each of details including dates and grades of any Public/Board Examinations already taken (if applicable).

Copy of the Transfer Certificate (if applicable).

Original documents of submitted photocopies should be made available upon request for verification.

Confirmation of Admission

Upon acceptance, parents must pay the fees within the stipulated date. The following documents should
also be submitted:

  1. A certified copy of the Caste Certificate (if the student belongs to SC / ST / BC).
  2. Transfer Certificate / Record sheet from the school last attended (if applicable). If for any reason the Transfer Certificate cannot be produced at the time of admission, it must be produced on or before the commencement of the academic session.

Mode of Payment

Fees can be paid via our Accord School Mobile App, Cash, Demand Draft, or Cheque drawn in favor of Accord School payable at Tirupati. No outstation cheques will be accepted. Have questions? We’re here to help you.

Eligibility Guidelines

Accord School offers admissions for Nursery, Lower Kindergarten, Upper Kindergarten, and Grades 1 to 11, subject to availability.

Accord School adheres to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) curriculum, ensuring a rigorous and nationally recognized academic foundation for our students.

Nursery: 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM 

Lower Kindergarten (LKG), Upper Kindergarten (UKG), and Grades 1-10: 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Accord School prioritizes personalized learning with a low student-teacher ratio of 15:1, fostering individualized attention and strong student-teacher relationships.

Accord School values open communication and collaboration. We conduct regular Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) following summative assessments. Additionally, parents are welcome to schedule individual meetings with teachers any weekday between 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM.

Yes, Accord School offers a comprehensive transportation service with 15 buses covering Tirupati and nearby villages. While door-to-door pick-up is not currently available, we strive to provide a stop as close to your residence as possible.

As a day-boarding facility, Accord School provides nutritious meals prepared with fresh ingredients to all our students.

A wholesome afternoon lunch and evening snack are included in the annual fee for those who opt-in.

While we don’t currently offer traditional scholarships, we recognize and celebrate student achievement through a merit-based point system that awards certificates and prizes throughout the academic year.

Accord School believes in a well-rounded education. We offer a diverse range of extracurricular activities, including:

  • Outdoor Games: Tennis, swimming, volleyball, football, athletics, and cricket
  • Creative and Performing Arts: Art & craft, gymnastics, karate, indoor sports, music (Indian, Western, and instrumental), and dance (various styles)

All activities are supervised by qualified and experienced trainers, ensuring a safe and enriching learning environment.

Accord School recognizes that students learn at their own pace. Our dedicated faculty is equipped to support students who may require additional assistance. This may include in-class accommodations, targeted counseling, or even remedial classes in specific subjects.

The safety and well-being of our students is our top priority. Accord School maintains a well-equipped infirmary with a trained medical staff readily available. We also have a doctor-on-call service from a nearby hospital for emergencies.

Each school bus is equipped with a first-aid kit for minor injuries.

Accord School provides a convenient option for purchasing uniforms and textbooks. We maintain a well-stocked inventory on campus, ensuring students have everything they need for a successful academic year.
